it will and it won't, it'll bolt to the axle just fine, however the MK1 AX had 4x M10x1 thread and the Saxo/106 ones have 2x M10x1 and 2xM12x1 thread, requiring replacement of 2 brake lines (from the MC to the valve, and then from the valve to the right rear wheels flex hose) to get the correct ends.
And at least for me, the flare tool wouldn't work on the stock line, so instead of cutting the end off and replacing the flare nut, I needed the whole brake lines replaced. Maybe a more professional tool would work, but brake line isn't *that* expensive, if you can borrow a decent tool to flare it, its not a hard job either.
